IN Room 1 (Venue Y) and Room 3 (Venue S), Eating and drinking are prohibited. (You are allowed to bring your drink inside if it has a lid.)
Eating and Drinking are allowed at the designated area in the building.

Registration
Please show us your QR code at the registration desk, either from your device or print out.
After scanning your QR code, your name card will be printed out.
You can find the QR code through the registration site. After login, click “16th ACPE and29th JSPE LHC” (*For scholarship recipients and Educational Speakers, please also click “16th ACPE and 29th JSPE LHC”; the event will be visible in your system starting October 10.)
In the upper right-hand corner of the site, you will find an orange button titled “QR Code for Check-In.”
After clicking the orange button, click the “Download PDF” button. You can either display the PDF from your device or print it out and bring it to the registration desk.
NOTE 1
All buildings on the Hongo campus will be unlocked at 8:00 AM. This is a rule of the University of Tokyo.
This means that conference staff will enter the building at 8:00 AM. As soon as the staff is prepared, we will start the registration desks. Thank you for your cooperation in advance.

NOTE 2
Registration for the Educational Session on Saturday.
- Educational Session Track B will be held in the Takeda Building. Those joining Track B, please approach the Takeda Building directly.
- Tracks A & C will be held in the Sanjo Conference Hall building (Venue S), and there is NO registration desk in that building. Those attending Tracks A & C, please go to Yasuda Auditorium (Venue Y) to receive your name cards and tickets before proceeding to Venue S.
- Track D will be held in Yasuda Auditorium, so those who attend Track D, get Name card and tickets at Venue Y and attend the track at the same building.
Participation Certificate
The certificate will be available for download from the registration system at the end of October.
Once it is ready, we will contact all participants.
Lunch
Lunch for participants will be served on Sunday, Oct. 13, and Monday, Oct. 14. Please pick up a lunch ticket at the registration desk each day. Lunch will be served in different buildings and in different styles:
Note: No lunch will be provided on Saturday, Oct. 12.

Wi-Fi
There are three Wi-Fi services available for external visitors. Each service is available to a different scope of users, and some may require pre-registration.

In Venue S (Sanjo Conference Hall) and Venue ITO (Ito International Research Centre), there are building-specific Wi-Fi services available with IDs and passwords. Information for using Wi-Fi will be displayed at the venues.

- Venue T (Only Saturday, Oct. 12): Lobby on the 5th floor.
Refreshments – Tea Ceremony
Experience the tradition of Japanese tea at our tea ceremony hosted by Nihon University’s Tea Ceremony Club. Join us on the 2nd floor of Yasuda Auditorium (Venue Y) on Sunday, October 13th
(11:00 AM – 3:00 PM) for a unique cultural performance and complimentary cup of tea.
Free sightseeing tour and information desk
Tokyo Convention & Visitors Bureau is offering complimentary programs specially tailored to provide overseas registered participants with various experiences of Tokyo and its vicinity, from nature and culture to other attractions.
Please sign up for the tours at the TOKYO CITY INFORMATION DESK located near the registration area at Yasuda Auditorium (Venue Y). The tour registration will begin at the same time as the conference registration, and the registration for the tour on the 14th will also open on October 12.
If capacity is reached, a waiting list will be available.

Taxi: The nearest taxi stand is in front of the University Hospital (see map).
Subway: Take the Toei Oedo Line from Hongo-sanchome Station and ride for 1 stop, getting off at Kasuga Station. Then, transfer to the Mita Line and ride for 2 stops, disembarking at Jimbocho Station and exiting through Exit A9.
Bus: Take bus東43 (East 43) at Todai-Akamon (directly outside the Ito International Research Center Gate on the same side of the street). Get off at Kanda-Nishikicho (approx. 20 minutes). - Style: Buffet
